Retail Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.
Wholesale Orders
Free shipping promotions do not apply to wholesale purchases. Production of wholesale orders begins once payment is received. Some made-to-order or out-of-stock items may require additional processing time. Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
