Deposit Policy: All deposits paid to Sparkles Home in connection with customer orders are non-refundable. This policy is in place to reserve materials, allocate resources, and initiate production or fulfillment activities upon order confirmation. The only exception to this non-refundable deposit policy applies if Sparkles Home is materially unable to fulfill the order in accordance with the terms outlined in the order confirmation. In such cases, Sparkles Home will issue a full refund of the deposit amount to the customer.
